I’ve been buying a bit of things off etsy again after a brief period of focusing on the wedding instead of the house.
Here are two things I recently got. The butter dish was a steal – I saved it from the rubbish bin and basically just paid shipping. It’s lovely and heavy, just the way it should be.

After much searching, I found these candleholders that I put on my mantle. I don’t know what I was looking for exactly that day, but I ran across these and automatically put a heart on them. Originally I wanted to spray paint them flat white and put them up, but upon receiving them they had already been carefully painted and ‘antiqued’ so I am going to let them be for a while.

I also have some lovely new chairs from Ikea for the dining room table and have been busy moving the furniture in the living room around to make it more liveable. When I am done I will post a picture, although I didn’t think to take a before picture.
