Birds are not usually my design motif of choice, I generally find too many of them a bit overwhelming, but I found a few bird items that I love and don’t scare the bejesus out of me.

2modern.com has this Thomaspaul Goldfinch Red Lamp that would add just a splash of color in a modern hour. This lamp could easily become a huge focal piece hanging from the ceiling in a dining room along with more muted lamps.
